For Airbnb & vacation rental hosts

Your guests scan. You stop getting texts.

Stick a Smack Tag on the espresso machine, the fireplace or the hot tub. Guests scan it with their phone camera and watch a quick video of you showing them exactly how it works.

Every host knows these messages

“How do I turn on the fireplace?”

It’s 10:47pm. You’re at dinner. Again.

“The coffee maker isn’t working.”

It is. They just can’t figure it out, and it shows up in the review.

“Where’s the house manual?”

In a binder nobody opens, three rooms from where they need it.

Smack Tags put the answer right on the thing they’re asking about.

How it works

Smack it. Set it. Scan it.

Set up your first tag in about a minute, right from your phone.

Smack it

Peel a tag and stick it on the item guests ask about most.

Set it

Scan it yourself and record a quick how-to video, or add photos and written steps.

Scan it

Guests point their phone camera at the tag, and your answer plays instantly.

A five-star stay starts with zero confusion

Your voice, your place. A friendly video from you beats a laminated card.
Update in seconds. New appliance? Swap the video. The sticker stays put.
Built for rentals. Weatherproof vinyl for hot tubs, grills and outdoor showers.

Questions? Answers.

Do people need an app to scan a tag?

No. Most phone cameras read QR codes automatically. Point, tap the link, and it opens.

Can I change what a tag shows later?

Yes. Update the video, photos or text from your account anytime. The same sticker shows the new content.

Will they hold up outside, on a hot tub or grill?

Yes. Smack Tags are printed on weatherproof, fade-resistant vinyl for indoor and outdoor use.

How many tags do I get, and what does the subscription cover?

Each pack has 20 tags. A $12.99/year subscription keeps up to 40 tags active in your account so anyone can scan them.
